Located on Barbosa Street (main entrance), Rius Rivera Street (right side) and Luis Muñoz Rivera Street (rear entrance). It is considered one of the most beautiful and busiest plazas during the day and night in Puerto Rico.

The Plaza de Recreo is surrounded by history and culture. Within it we find the Acoustic Shell, the Mausoleum of Dr. Ramón E. Betances, the “1873” Sculpture, the Typical Sweets Kiosk, the Ice Cream Kiosk and reminders. It has a hut that is used to play dominoes and there are competitions OF this sport. Also in the Plaza we can enjoy the completely free internet service courtesy of the Municipality of Cabo Rojo. In addition, our Plaza is surrounded by restaurants with a variety of foods: Creole, Argentine, Italian food, among others.
