Kupferschein): Cabo Rojo is the only municipality in Latin America that has dedicated a statue to its pirate. Monument built in 1991. By legislative initiative, promoted by Hon. Severo Colberg Ram\u00edrez, under the direction of the ICP and with the collaboration of the Municipality of Cabo Rojo. Work of the Puerto Rican sculptor Jos\u00e9 Buscaglia Guillermety. Employer and Marmonist Jes\u00fas M. Pardo.
