style=\"font-size:20px;\">INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES<\/h2>\n<p><ol align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height:20px;\">\n<li>\nEst\u00e1 sujeta a pago de Patente toda persona (individuo, fideicomiso, sucesi\u00f3n, sociedad, corporaci\u00f3n, etc.) Dedicada con fines de lucros a la\nprestaci\u00f3n de cualquier servicio, a la venta de cualquier bien, a cualquier negocio financiero o a cualquier industria o negocio en los municipios\ndel Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, excepto lo que en otro sentido dispone la Ley.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nToda persona sujeta al pago de Patentes, o su agente autorizado, deber\u00e1 rendir una Declaraci\u00f3n Sobre Volumen de Negocios en o antes de los\ncincos (5) d\u00edas laborables siguientes al quince (15) de abril de cada an?o o a la fecha establecida por el Departamento de Hacienda para la\nradicaci\u00f3n de las planillas de contribuci\u00f3n sobre ingresos. En su defecto solicitar\u00e1 una pr\u00f3rroga mediante el uso de este formulario.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nLa Solicitud de Pr\u00f3rroga y Declaraci\u00f3n Tentativa deber\u00e1 ser radicada en o antes de la fecha de vencimiento para radicar la Declaraci\u00f3n de\nVolumen de Negocios. La misma deber\u00e1 ser jurada ante cualquier funcionario municipal o del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico autorizado\npara ello.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nEl periodo de tiempo m\u00e1ximo de pr\u00f3rroga son seis (6) meses.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nLa solicitud de pr\u00f3rroga y declaraci\u00f3n tentativa no extiende la fecha de pago de la patente municipal.
